Terms & Conditions

1. Experience Requirement: Participants must hold an Advanced Open Water certification or higher. Proof of certification is required at check-in.
2. Minimum Participants: A minimum of 3 divers is required to confirm the trip. If the minimum is not met, the trip will be canceled, and deposits will be refunded.
3. Gear Rental: Dive gear is not included but is available for rent. Participants should confirm rental needs during booking or at the shop.
4. Special Requests: Additional snacks or beverages can be arranged for an extra cost if requested in advance.
5. Weather & Availability: This trip is subject to weather conditions and availability. In the event of cancellation due to weather, deposits will be refunded.
6. No Sightings Policy: While marine life encounters are common, sightings cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for no sightings.
7. Arrival Time: Participants must arrive at the Cozumel Dive Center (Marina Fonatur) at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit the trip and deposit.
8. Deposit & Payment: A $20 USD non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure booking. The remaining balance is payable at the shop, with a 5% transaction fee for credit card payments.
9. Safety Compliance: All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the dive guide. Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
